What's the Role?
We're looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team. As a BCBA at Inspire Horizons, you'll manage a caseload, lead behavior technicians and RBTs, collaborate with caregivers, and most importantly - help kids make meaningful progress.
We're not a place where you'll be micromanaged or burned out. You'll have daily support, realistic billable expectations, and the freedom to practice how you were trained to: ethically, collaboratively, and thoughtfully.
What You'll Be Doing

Managing a clinical caseload with 27 billable hours/week

Conducting initial and ongoing assessments

Developing individualized ABA treatment plans

Supervising and mentoring BTs and RBTs

Leading caregiver training sessions

Attending team meetings and collaborating with leadership

Maintaining high clinical and ethical standards

Staying on top of documentation and compliance (we make it as painless as possible)
The Details
Compensation:
-
$90,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience)

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Relocation bonuses are available
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
-
7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. clinic hours

No weekends
-
No crazy travel or in-home work - it's all clinic-based

A certified BCBA with current Arizona LBA license
