What even is a Clinical Fellow?:
Our Clinical Fellow program is designed for Behavior Analysis graduate students nearing completion of their master's program and fieldwork hours. Specifically, we are looking for folks who have completed at least 70% of their classes and required fieldwork hours in order to be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
Our Clinical Fellows are supported by our Chief Clinical Officer and the rest of our clinical team to ensure they gain all of the requisite skills and experience so they can become a confident, competent BCBA. Our Clinical Fellows support our clinical team by assisting with initial assessments, treatment plan development, ensuring our behavior technicians are implementing treatment plans with fidelity, collaborating with caregivers and our clinical team and more! Our Clinical Fellow program is structured to ensure that skill mastery is achieved every step of the way. We're not about just checking a box; we want to ensure we are growing BCBAs who are extraordinary and confident!
Compensation:
$60,000-70,000 salary depending on experience

Clinical Fellow Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Master's in Behavior Analysis program (Ideally 1 semester or less remaining)

70% of the supervised fieldwork hours completed

What are you going to be doing as a Clinical Fellow?:
ABA Program Development and Implementation

Assist in conducting initial assessments (e.g., Vineland, VB-MAPP, functional assessments, preference assessments and more)

Help develop and implement treatment plans that meet medical necessity requirements and are based in current literature and practice standards

Support with direct ABA sessions as needed to ensure continuity of services
Data Collection and Analysis
- Record accurate data using standardized ABA methodologies
- Support analysis to evaluate effectiveness of interventions

Provide feedback to clinical team to inform treatment adjustments
Collaboration
- Attend and participate in team meetings to discuss progress and case needs
- Partner with caregivers to align support strategies
- Maintain professional and respectful communication
Ongoing Training and Development

Participate in weekly Clinical Team meetings

Stay current on ABA research and best practices through mentorship from our Chief Clinical Officer
