What's the Role?

We're looking for a Fully Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a full-time, salaried position providing telehealth supervision, treatment planning, and caregiver support.

You'll be part of a team that's redefining what it means to do ABA work remotely - with structured systems, clinical leadership that actually listens, and support you can count on. No fluff. Just real, quality care.

What You'll Be Doing (Remotely!)

• Managing a virtual caseload with 27 billable hours per week

• Conducting remote assessments and treatment planning

• Providing supervision to RBTs and BTs via secure video platforms

• Leading telehealth caregiver training sessions

• Participating in clinical meetings and team huddles

• Collaborating with on-site teams when needed

• Staying on top of documentation and compliance (we'll help)

The Details

Compensation:

• $90,000 - $100,000 annually (depending on experience)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Flexible daytime hours (8am - 5Pm ARIZONA TIME)

• No weekends

• 100% remote

Who We're Looking For

• A certified BCBA with an active Arizona LBA license (or willing to obtain)

• Strong communication and tech skills - you're comfortable running sessions and supervisions via Zoom/telehealth

• Previous telehealth ABA experience preferred, but not required

• A clinician who can work independently while still staying connected

• Someone who values ethics, outcomes, and positive relationships
